About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Financial Controller to lead the company’s financial management, reporting, and strategic planning functions. This senior position plays a critical role in supporting the CEO, COO, and Managing Director in financial decision-making, business growth initiatives, and compliance oversight across all business units.

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking finance professional with a deep understanding of corporate finance, cash-flow management, budgeting, and financial governance — ensuring both operational excellence and strategic alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights to the executive leadership team.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead annual audits and ensure full compliance with UAE corporate tax, VAT, and financial reporting standards.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor company performance metrics, profitability, and cost structures to support business growth.
  • Evaluate new investments, partnerships, and expansion projects through financial modeling and ROI analysis.
  • Support the CEO and COO in strategic planning, mergers, and business restructuring activities.
  • Mentor and guide the finance team to ensure continuous process improvement and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with business priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in financial management, including 5+ years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations, tax compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-business or multi-entity operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, MIS reporting, and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex financial operations under tight deadlines with accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in BPO, outsourcing, HR, or service-based industries is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting executive management or board-level financial decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into business strategy.
