Job Description

As a Senior Parts & Services Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth by delivering exceptional parts and service solutions. You will work closely with a diverse team and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective provision of parts and services. With your deep knowledge of automotive parts and strong problem-solving abilities, you will provide expert recommendations and guidance to customers, helping them make informed decisions. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence as you contribute to achieving our company’s goals and objectives within the automotive industry.


Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and services solutions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align service offerings with customer expectations.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff to enhance team performance and knowledge.
  • Analyze market trends to develop strategies that enhance parts and services offerings.
  • Prepare detailed reports on service activities and present them to management regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in service delivery.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions for future reference.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials that promote parts and services effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and service management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse clients.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment effectively.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and develop strategic solutions.
