Job Description
- Position: Scaffolder
- Salary : 1500-1800 AED
- Location : Western Region, Abu Dhabi
- Contract Details: Full-time
- - Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and company standards
- - Ensure that scaffolding is stable and secure for workers to use
- - Inspect scaffolding regularly for any damages or defects and report any issues to the supervisor
- - Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while working at heights
- - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- - Maintain a clean and organized work area
- - Follow blueprints and construction plans to determine the correct placement and design of scaffolding
- - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
- - Attend training sessions and safety meetings as required by the company
- - Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to scaffolding work
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scaffolder in the construction industry
- - Valid scaffolding certification or license from
- - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to scaffolding work
- - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- - Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- - Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed
- - Must have a construction background and understanding of construction processes
