Job Overview:

Lead and enhance warehouse and transport operations within a high-tech, fast-moving consumer goods environment. Ensure operational efficiency, quality, safety, and seamless logistics through advanced technologies, innovative processes, and effective transport management.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Technology Integration: Implement and manage advanced warehouse management systems, transport management systems, and automation to streamline operations.
2. Transport Operations: Oversee transport and logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods, optimizing routes, and maintaining service quality.
3. Quality Compliance: Enforce adherence to FMCG standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring product integrity and compliance.
4. Inventory and Logistics Optimization: Use predictive analytics and real-time data for precise inventory and logistics planning.
5. Continuous Improvement: Drive operational excellence through lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and route optimization strategies to continuously improve process efficiency.
6. Leadership and Team Development: Build a skilled team proficient in operating warehouse and transport technologies, emphasizing continuous learning and skill enhancement.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse and logistics operations.
8. Sustainability Leadership: Promote sustainable practices in warehouse and transport operations to reduce environmental impact and enhance efficiency.
9. Safety Management: Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices across warehouse and transport operations.
10. Budget and Cost Management: Oversee financial aspects of warehouse and transport operations, ensuring cost optimization while maintaining high service standards.

Warehouse Operations:

1. Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a 99.8% accuracy rate in inventory levels through precise tracking and management.
2. Order Fulfillment Rate: Achieve a 99.5% on-time delivery rate for all customer orders.
3. Operational Cost Reduction: Reduce operational costs by 5% annually through process optimization.
4. Safety Incidents: Sustain zero safety incidents in warehouse operations through strict adherence to safety protocols.

Transport Operations:

1. On-Time Delivery Performance: Achieve a 99.5% on-time delivery rate for transport operations.
2. Fleet Utilization: Maintain at least 90% fleet utilization through effective transport planning and optimization.
3. Cost Per Kilometer: Reduce transport costs per kilometer by 5% annually while maintaining service quality.
4. Transport Lead Time: Decrease average delivery lead times by 10% through efficient routing and scheduling.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. MBA is Preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years in warehouse and transport management, including 3 years in a leadership role.
