Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Power Division. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the power industry. They will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, manage and support a high-performing sales team, and collaborate with other departments to improve overall business functions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team effectively.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities for power sales expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and threats.
  • Create performance metrics and conduct regular sales performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team is equipped with essential tools and training for success.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential and existing customers.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to gather market intelligence and build networks.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture to ensure outstanding service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the power industry is essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the power industry's market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
