Automation AV Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical automation and AV solutions.
• Design and implement automation and audio-visual systems using Control4 technology, incorporating current market products.
• Commission, configure, and test automation and AV systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with design, project, and installation teams to deliver customized solutions that meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Stay current with new technologies and participate in training for additional automation and AV platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven, hands-on experience with Control4 systems is mandatory; Control4 certification is strongly preferred.
• Solid background in audio-visual system design, wiring, and integration.
• Proficient in commissioning, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in automation and AV setups.
• Strong knowledge of diverse automation and AV products available in the market.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and project teams.
• Capable of working independently and in collaborative team settings.
• Willingness to attend training and obtain certifications for other automation and AV systems
