Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strong relationships, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within the deadline.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to analyze performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Ensure all sales activities are compliant with legal regulations.
  • Use CRM software to document interactions and maintain sales pipeline integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sales objections.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software applications.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales trends and performance.
