The role of Sales Manager – Packaging is a pivotal position within our dynamic sales department. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the packaging industry and will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strategic partnerships and fostering strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and progress.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities for better strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profit margins are met.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to customers on packaging needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of proven experience in sales management within the packaging industry.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills for market trend analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
