Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant manager you will be at the helm of creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Train staff to provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service.

• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing wastage.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
• Contribute to menu development, considering market trends, customer preferences, and cost considerations.
• Introduce seasonal offerings and creative dishes to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to safeguard guests and staff.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining customers.
• Plan and execute promotional events to boost restaurant visibility.
• Provide ongoing training to staff on service standards, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a high-end or upscale dining establishment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service principles, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of the restaurant simultaneously.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Creativity and innovation to contribute to menu development and restaurant enhancements.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and effectively.
