Job Description

The role of a Relationship Officer in Corporate Banking involves managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients to achieve optimal business results. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate banking clients to foster business growth.
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate products and services to meet those requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and risks.
  • Participate in product promotions and presentations to enhance client engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze customer portfolio performance to suggest improvements and opportunities for upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of financial solutions.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring with corporate clients in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
  • Regularly update clients on new banking products, services, and market developments.
  • Address and resolve client complaints with timely and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic client management plans to increase business revenue.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate banking or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, corporate finance, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software preferred.
