Job Description

As a Property Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. Your expertise in the real estate market will enable you to offer valuable insights and advice, ensuring that clients make informed decisions. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing property values, and negotiating contracts. A successful Property Advisor must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for market trends. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding property transactions.
  • Conduct thorough research to evaluate property values and market trends.
  • Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of residential or commercial properties.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure the best deals for clients in property transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
  • Prepare and present detailed property reports and market analysis to clients.
  • Coordinate property viewings and follow up with potential buyers or renters.
  • Stay updated on current market conditions and government regulations impacting real estate.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Represent the clients’ interests effectively during all stages of property dealings.
  • Source and manage property listings through various channels to reach potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Advisor or in a similar real estate role.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of property market dynamics and real estate practices.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and interpret property data effectively.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Valid real estate license as required by local regulations or ability to obtain one.
