Outdoor Sales Executive

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients face-to-face, and achieving sales targets through proactive fieldwork. This role demands a persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer orientation and the resilience to build relationships and close deals in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new potential customers in assigned territory

• Conduct field visits and client meetings to promote products/services

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients

• Provide excellent customer service and handle objections efficiently

• Build and maintain a solid customer base through relationship management

• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-up

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of proven outdoor sales experience, preferably in B2B sectors

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
