The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients face-to-face, and achieving sales targets through proactive fieldwork. This role demands a persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer orientation and the resilience to build relationships and close deals in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new potential customers in assigned territory
Conduct field visits and client meetings to promote products/services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
Provide excellent customer service and handle objections efficiently
Build and maintain a solid customer base through relationship management
Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-up
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of proven outdoor sales experience, preferably in B2B sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and handle pressure
