The Luxury Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in representing a high-end brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving individual and store sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge about product specifications, uses, and current fashion trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed store sales targets and personal quotas.
  • Develop and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and understand competitors to provide relevant insights.
  • Manage appearance and presentation of merchandise to maintain luxurious store ambiance.
  • Use point of sale (POS) platforms for processing purchases and maintaining records.
  • Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and promotions for clientele engagement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff and new hires to maintain service standards.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting with dynamic responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Familiarity with utilizing point of sale (POS) systems and retail technologies.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed.
