Job Description

The IT Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales of IT products and services by identifying leads, educating prospects, and closing deals. This role requires a solid understanding of technical offerings, the ability to translate business needs into solutions, and strong communication skills to maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a target-driven environment and stays updated with market trends and emerging technologies.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT products and services sector.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and vendors.

  • Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote products and build networks.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in IT or technology sales.

  • Strong understanding of IT solutions such as software, hardware, networking, or cloud services.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.

  • Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.

  • Familiarity with UAE market and client base is preferred.
