About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire an HR Manager for a key ice cream supplier, dedicated to handling various brands.

Job Purpose

Seeking an HR professional responsible for overseeing the human resources functions within an organization. Their duties include recruiting, hiring, and training employees, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring a productive and legally compliant workplace. They also handle employee relations, manage compensation and benefits, and contribute to strategic planning.

• MBA in Human Resource Management
• Female gender preference
• Manufacturing experience, FMCG Industry
• Possessing strong interpersonal skills to be able to build excellent relationships. Has confidence and is able to influence others to ensure effective execution and adoption.
• Be a strong HR Business partner for all functions
• Display high levels of energy and enthusiasm. Is a tireless communicator and influences people positively to get things done.
• Inherent leadership behaviors to take initiatives and be able to manage various stakeholders in the business to build consensus and thereby be able to drive the same.
• Comes across as approachable and accessible to people at various levels. Possesses people orientation and is comfortable interacting with teams from the ground to the CXO levels.
• Has the necessary depth of knowledge and experience to flesh out policies and procedures that are robust in nature.
• Managed a senior HR role in his/her previous/current experience
• Experience band of 8-10 years in managing the HR function, with the last 3-5 years ina managerial role
• Very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint – This is crucial
• Very strong communication skills
• Good Priority setting and is able to close things as per commitment, and is able to manage
