Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in industrial or labor relations positions.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining, and union procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and mediate in high-stakes situations effectively.
