HSEQ Executive (225-817)

As an HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives within our organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSEQ policies in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with HSEQ guidelines.
• Identify potential hazards and design preventive measures to mitigate risks effectively.
• Lead investigations into incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training sessions and workshops to personnel on HSEQ practices and protocols.
• Collaborate with department leads to integrate HSEQ considerations into operational procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of HSEQ performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
• Stay updated with new regulations and best practices in health, safety, environmental, and quality management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive safety awareness across the organization.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and drills to ensure readiness for unforeseen events.
• Ensure all equipment and processes align with legal and regulatory HSEQ requirements.
• Create and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HSEQ programs and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HSEQ role within a relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to our operations.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting training and presenting findings effectively.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for evaluating safety and quality data.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar standards is preferred.
