Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading aesthetics clinic in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to hire an Assistant HR Manager to oversee HR operations in the UAE. This regional role requires a results-driven HR professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance, optimizing HR functions, and traveling on short notice as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations in the UAE and provide strategic support to the Saudi branch.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to drive efficiency.
• Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a strong work culture.
• Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Implement training & development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement strategies.
• Travel as required to oversee HR activities across the region.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of senior HR experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and digitally fluid.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
