Job Description

A Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for managing and increasing sales of fleet vehicles, which primarily involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role focuses on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their fleet requirements. The Fleet Sales Executive works closely with internal teams, particularly involving finance and service departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sale support. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients for successful fleet vehicle sales.

  • Participate in marketing efforts and promotional activities to boost sales.
  • Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet assigned targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and participate in relevant training.
  • Provide post-sale support to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes and customer records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards in all transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
