Job Description

The Training & Quality Executive plays a pivotal role in organizations by ensuring that personnel are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively, and that the quality of service or product output meets the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify training and development needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design tailored training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and outcomes.
  • Establish quality standards and metrics for products and services.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze quality data and propose actionable improvement strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver effective training material and presentations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in training and quality management.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Liaise with external training providers when necessary to enhance training programs.
  • Create detailed reports on training progress and quality performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a training and quality assurance role is essential.
  • Exceptional understanding of various training techniques and quality standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering training content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
