Job Description

As a Guest Service Representative proficient in both Arabic and English, you play an integral role in enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty at our establishment. You are the face and voice that greets our guests, aiding them in every aspect of their experience. Your bilingual skills will allow you to bridge communication gaps, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and understood. You are responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner. Your ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive demeanor will contribute significantly to the guest's overall impression of our hospitality and commitment to excellence. Working in a dynamic environment, you’ll be empowered to make decisions that support customer satisfaction, adapt to each guest's unique needs, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.


Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and undertake check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Provide guests with information about the facility, services, and surrounding areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries and address concerns with professionalism and patience.
  • Act as a communication link between the guests and all departments in the hotel.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and other guest details.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems to ensure a high-quality service experience.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist guests in making reservations for various facilities and services offered.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and hotel policies and procedures.
  • Provide translation services for guests needing assistance with language barriers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and front desk systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification is a plus.
