Job Description

As a Cafe Manager, you will be overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant and welcoming establishment.   • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies in a cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote adequate hygiene practices.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints swiftly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supply chain efficiency and quality control.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement plans to increase profitability.
  • Foster a positive culture that aligns with the cafe’s mission and core values.
  • Implement training programs aimed at enhancing team skill sets and morale.
  • Monitor quality control to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Organize cafe events to strengthen community engagement and drive foot traffic.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to ensuring high standards of service.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and cost-control procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and budget management principles.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale and cafe management software systems.
