Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales associate or in a client-facing role.
• Strong passion for fragrances and deep knowledge of the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in understanding and describing fragrance characteristics and notes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
• Capability to handle physical tasks such as standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in fragrance preferred.
