• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Experience of 6-10 years and minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team.
• Good knowledge about contact centre metrices
• People Management (KRA & Appraisal handling experience)
• Stakeholder Management, Performance Management, Attrition handling
