Position Objectives

Lead data-driven transformation for a mega telco operator in GCC/KSA. Architect advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions. Maximise data monetization and customer insights for digital services leadership.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Design and deploy analytics platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake). Build customer 360 solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or QlikSense.
• Champion AI/ML adoption for predictive analytics and personalization. Enable revenue streams like targeted advertising and B2B data-as-a-service.
• Establish robust data governance frameworks. Ensure GDPR, KSA PDPL, and data sovereignty compliance.
• Integrate analytics with telco OSS/BSS systems. Achieve 90%+ data pipeline efficiency and 25%+ monetization ROI.
• Provide C-level advisory on data strategy. Drive innovation aligned with Vision 2030 digital economy goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years in analytics, data science, or monetization consulting. Telecom or cross-sector (retail, finance) experience in GCC required.
• Delivered large-scale data projects with 20%+ revenue impact. Achieved AI model accuracy of 85%+ (e.g., customer segmentation).
• Certifications: AWS/Google Cloud Solutions Architect, FinOps Practitioner, or PMP. Data Science credentials (Google Data Analytics) preferred.
• Expertise in GCC/KSA markets. Deep knowledge of Vision 2030 data initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL/NoSQL, TensorFlow, and cloud analytics platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse).
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English. Strong strategic communication skills.
