Role/Job Title: Area Head-Gold Loan
Function/ Department: Retail Assets
Job Purpose
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor gold loan business of the branches under the cluster, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve set targets MOM basis, ensure gold loan portfolio growth at branch.
- Responsible for ensuring and tracking of routine marketing activities across branches.
- Ensure >99% collections at portfolio level.
- Responsible for internal and external compliances and audit observations.
- Visit branches every month and conclude audit of portfolio.
- Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
- Provide support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
Post Graduation: Any
Graduation: Any
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
