Job Title: .Net CRM Developer
What does a .Net, CRM Developer do at Fiserv?
- Utilize .NET programming languages (such as C#) to write high-quality code, and ensure code readability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Profile and improve front-end performance and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear objectives.
- Develop technical specifications and architecture, design robust technical solutions that align with business needs.
- Create architectural blueprints for web applications.
- Collaborate with other team members to review code.
- Optimize existing codebase for performance and scalability.
What you will need to have:
- Should have knowledge of at least 1 CRM tools such as Portrait, Salesforce, Siebel, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Or open Source CRM like SugarCRM With Process Maker
- Experience in BPM tools or implementation of workflow-based solutions using CRM systems preferably for customer interaction management
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing Angular and .Net solutions.
- Good experience on Plain javascript with debugging and DOM manipulation skills
- 5+ years of experience building .Net core applications and experience with Microsoft SQL Server covering areas like Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Data creation and Data deletion frameworks
- Experience on Legacy ASP .NET Framework and .NET WinForms is a must
- Experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- 3+ years of experience upgrading legacy technology stacks to transition to leading cloud technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience.
What would be great to have:
- Previous experience working with Atlassian Products such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
- Experience working with ServicePoint and ServiceNow.
- Proven experience creating design documents and assisting with the architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize business needs, analyze requests, recommend solid technical solutions, and lead in delivering the solution.
- Exposure to Fortify or similar code scans and security tools is good to have.
