Job Description
- A candidate should have min. 4 years of experience in in Vehicle Assembly
- Independently perform Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for assembly processes.
- Develop and implement mistake proofing solutions to enhance process reliability.
- Apply basic data analysis techniques such as Pareto charts, histograms, pie/bar charts and control plans to support decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle assembly processes.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to resolve process issues and improve quality.
- Experience with construction equipment (e.g. excavators) is added advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
