Senior Sales Professional-

Experience-8+ Years

Location: Noida(WFO)

Budget: 19 LPA includes 20 % Variable Pay.

Work timings - 6pm-3 am ( 3 AM , one side cab will be provided)

Skills Set: cold calling, networking, potential & existing clients, IT Service Industry, USA clients., MS Office and CRM software.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other strategic methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential & existing clients.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of IT Service Industry.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
  • Assists in the completion of monthly & Yearly targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/ Sales or other relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with IT Service Industry.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, Excellent negotiation & convincing

skills.

  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good amount of experience working for USA clients.
  • Should be well versed with data mining tool and Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Comfortable working in US time zone.
