Job Description
Key Responsibilities
🔹 System Monitoring & Performance Management:
- Proactively monitor system performance using Grafana and Application Insights to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in incident response and resolution, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews.
- Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and implement best practices for Azure-based applications.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Implement monitoring and alerting enhancements to proactively detect potential issues.
✔ Experience with Azure Cloud services, including networking, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
✔ Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
✔ Strong understanding of networking principles & Azure networking services.
✔ Experience with Azure database services (Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, KQL queries).
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
