Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements.
• Create detailed design plans and presentations using specialized design software tools.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
• Oversee implementation of design plans to ensure projects adhere to quality standards and timelines.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, materials, and techniques in the interior design industry.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial parameters.
• Conduct site inspections to assess space availability, design possibilities, and potential issues.
• Revise design plans based on client feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate and maintain a portfolio of completed projects to assist in future client consultations.
• Ensure all design projects comply with legal, safety, and building regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is required.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with strong project portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, inspection regulations, and accessibility standards.
