Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders or packing slips.

• Manage inventory by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
• Ensure warehouse aisles are clear and clean, adhering to safety standards.
• Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and packing according to delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to prioritize tasks and streamline operations.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and equipment, making purchase recommendations when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and adjustments in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve efficiency in operations.
• Participate in periodic health and safety training to enhance workplace safety awareness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Valid forklift operator’s license is an advantage, but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
