Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Two Wheeler Loans department. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information, support, or resolving issues related to their two-wheeler loans. You will handle inquiries, process applications, and provide guidance on loan options while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of empathy to understand and address customer concerns efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries regarding two-wheeler loans.
  • Assist customers in the loan application process, ensuring all documents are complete.
  • Provide customers with information on loan terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update statuses in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Educate customers about different repayment options and financial products.
  • Monitor and track pending loan applications to ensure swift resolution.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions and loan processing performance.
  • Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and financial product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service, banking, or financial services industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
