Minimum 1 year UAE experience in personal loan sales/leadership.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Go-getter attitude: self-motivated and target-driven.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
