Senior Consultant

Job Description

• Communicates with the client to outline the scope and requirements of the service delivery.
• Conducts research to collect necessary data through a variety methods e.g. interviews, surveys or field research.
• Analyses the data to gain an understanding of the organization to detect dysfunctional areas where change is needed.
• Responsible for the provision of recommendations related to the identified issues to improve business performance in terms of operations, profitability, management, structure and strategy.
• Provides guidance towards the implementation of the previously defined measures and/ or acts as a project member/ manager depending on the scope of service delivery.
• Provides training and mentoring to the project´s stakeholders, if necessary.
• Prepares reports, proposals, and presentations to provide stakeholders with updates on the status of the implementation.
• Ensures services delivery meets requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost set by the client/ management.
• Might acts as a project manager in larger projects and supervising consulting team.
• Might actively support generation of new business by identifying opportunities with new or existing customers or by developing services further.
• Other duties as assigned.
