Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager is a crucial driver of growth and expansion for the company's footprint in designated territories. Responsibilities

  • Manage and allocate regional sales budgets efficiently and effectively.

  • Resolve escalated customer and operational issues swiftly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing strategic sales plans and business strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to travel within the region to meet with customers and team as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office applications, and data reporting tools.
