Lead - ACC

Mr. Sudhanshu will be working as Lead - ACC for One Unit of BTG Nabinagar project whereby he will be end to end responsible for completion of ACC package in time, within cost taking utmost care of safety and quality. He has to maintain a steady relationship with customer and ensure timely certification and collection of receivables from customer. He has to manage his resources very efficiently through just in time mobilization and timely demobilization. He needs to manage his team along with his vendors efficiently for smooth flow of work. Mr. Sudhanshu has to take care of all the internal and external interfaces of his package and resolve them amicably in time with all stake holders with advanced planning, timely front release, completion of work in time. He needs to create a healthy working atmosphere within his team to get desired output.
