Job Description
As a Deputy Manager in Commercial Sales Flooring, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the commercial flooring sector. You will be expected to leverage your market intelligence and product knowledge to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with channel partners and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the commercial flooring sector.

Conduct market research to understand the latest trends and identify business opportunities.

Leverage product knowledge to effectively sell our flooring solutions to commercial clients.

Manage relationships with channel partners to increase sales and expand our market reach.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Use Salesforce to track sales activities and generate reports for management.

Negotiate contracts and deals with clients and partners to maximize profitability.

Build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Resolve conflicts within the team and with clients to maintain a positive working environment.

Use analytical thinking to make informed business decisions.

Demonstrate a global mindset and commercial acumen to drive business growth.

Foster a culture of entrepreneurship within the team to encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can drive sales growth while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams.
