Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research to guide the content creation team in optimizing website pages.
• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Analyze website performance metrics using SEO tools to enhance website visibility.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly content and improve existing webpages.
• Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools and suggest necessary improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends to ensure best practices are followed.
• Work with web developers to implement technical SEO improvements and fix any SEO-related issues.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps in our SEO strategy and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO progress and strategy effectiveness to stakeholders.
• Manage link-building activities and partnerships to improve link authority and page ranking.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve website navigation and user experience for better SEO results.
• Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines, avoiding penalties from search engines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a successful track record.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or SEMrush.
• In-depth experience with website analytics and data analysis using various SEO tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
