We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Trainer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive DevOps training programs tailored to diverse audiences and skill levels.
• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions both online and in-person.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and documentation.
• Assess trainees' progress and offer constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest DevOps tools and practices to incorporate into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with industry experts to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
• Facilitate workshops that simulate real-world DevOps scenarios and problem-solving.
• Assist in certifying trainees by evaluating their skills and knowledge acquisition.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to trainees seeking DevOps roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for customized training solutions.
• Collect and analyze training feedback for program enhancement and improvement.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and address any challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire learners.
• Demonstrated ability to design educational programs and assess learning outcomes.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices preferred.
