The Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist plays an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction by meticulously managing the air logistics processes to meet the needs of our clients. The specialist will interact directly with clients to handle any inquiries or issues that may arise, guaranteeing objectives are met efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all air logistics-related customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate air shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve logistical issues swiftly.
  • Implement effective customer service strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with logistics partners to optimize air transportation services.
  • Address and troubleshoot any issues related to air freight operations promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients about service updates, procedural changes, or delays.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in developing customer care policies and best practices for the logistics team.
  • Provide support in the preparation and management of air freight documents.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with sales teams to accommodate and address specific client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in air logistics or a customer care role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with logistics software systems and air freight documentation processes.
