Job Description

The role of a Senior Executive in Human Resources is pivotal in shaping the organizational culture, facilitating smooth operational processes, and ensuring a productive workforce. As a Senior Executive, you will drive the HR strategy aligning it with the company's business objectives, manage human capital requirements, and oversee HR policies and compliance. You are expected to be a key partner to leadership, influencing and driving decisions regarding talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. This position requires strategic thinking, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for nurturing a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing HR challenges, ensuring that the workforce is not only effective and motivated but also empowered to reach their fullest potential.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding new employees.
  • Facilitate and lead the performance management process across all departments.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment to increase employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with leaders to identify high-potential employees for advancement opportunities.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and oversee staff training and development programs to increase competencies.
  • Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues effectively and discretely.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, and payroll.
  • Analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Implement initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in human resources, with leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve complex employee relations issues effectively.
  • Experience with HR software, systems, and databases for HR management.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and authoritative decision-making abilities.
