Senior AWS Solutions / AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AWS Solutions / AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced agentic AI solutions within cloud environments, specifically leveraging AWS services. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and healthcare domain experience to deliver scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Architect and lead the design of agentic AI systems utilizing AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB.
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks for clinical data workflows, including source verification, discrepancy resolution, and data integration.
• Evaluate architectural trade-offs between LLM-based reasoning, rules engines, and hybrid AI solutions to determine the best approach per use case.
• Provide thought leadership in healthcare and Life Sciences AI solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Mentor and guide AI engineers, developers, and DevOps teams on best practices for building agent-based architectures.
• Collaborate closely with clinical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), compliance teams, and project sponsors to ensure that technical solutions align with strategic business objectives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD is a strong advantage).
• 8–12 years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering, including 3–5 years focused on cloud-native AI architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS AI services: Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend Medical, Textract, Kendra, and Lex.
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proven expertise in workflow orchestration tools like AWS Step Functions, Apache Airflow, or Temporal.
• Deep understanding of multi-agent pipeline design, data processing, and automation in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering AI solutions for healthcare and Life Sciences domains, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, provide technical governance, and deliver high-impact solutions.
