  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they understand services.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and software for managing customer inquiries and information.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and report findings to management.
  • Provide feedback to the customer service leadership team on ongoing issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse situations.
