As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas and rooms are cleaned according to the company’s quality standards. This includes ensuring that guests enjoy a clean space, whether they are arriving for the first time or staying for a longer period. This position is essential in providing our guests with an exceptional experience, making them feel cared for and comfortable. A Housekeeping Attendant maintains not only the guest rooms but also the common areas, contributing to a positive atmosphere and elevating the hotel's overall service standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to company standards.
• Replenish guestroom and bath supplies to maintain guest comfort.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests for additional amenities.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and stocked housekeeping cart at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by the management team.
• Ensure all public areas are clean and safe for guest and staff use.
• Handle and label lost and found items appropriately and promptly.
• Follow all company safety and security procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Manage time effectively to complete all tasks within the assigned shift.
• Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Provide exceptional service and engage positively with guests when necessary.

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift or move heavy objects when necessary.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is preferred.
