The Corporate Relationship Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing relationships between our organization and corporate clients. This position is integral to maintaining our company's reputation and ensuring that client needs are consistently met with efficiency and professionalism. As a Corporate Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for understanding clients' business objectives and delivering solutions that align with their goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, keen analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to sustain and expand client relationships, thereby contributing to organizational growth and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are adequately addressed.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to resolve any issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on client activities, highlighting opportunities and trends.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage client account plans to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to support business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to recommend new products or services.
  • Ensure all client communications are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain an updated database of client information and communications records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
  • Proven aptitude in building and maintaining professional client relationships.
  • Analytical skills to interpret client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High degree of professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service.
