We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and delivers results. This role requires one to be a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, a keen attention to detail and good track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and adept at identifying opportunities, simplifying complex processes, and scaling solutions through automation. You will be expected to influence without authority, earn trust across partner teams, and evangelize high-impact initiatives.

You bring strong strategic thinking, effective communication (both verbal and written), and a proven track record of delivering results with limited oversight. You are comfortable owning programs end-to-end and working across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs from ideation to execution, defining vision, strategy, and success metrics.
  • Define and lead the data science roadmap, including identifying opportunities to build machine learning models that improve efficiency, automate decision-making, or enhance seller recruitment enablement
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation, and drive implementation in collaboration with tech teams.
  • Build and manage program roadmaps and narratives; align short- and long-term goals with scalable solutions.
  • Drive data-driven decision making, implementing mechanisms for improved visibility and accountability.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for complex, cross-team issues, applying sound judgment to resolve them.
  • Influence and align multiple stakeholders including Science, Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and Program teams
  • Own business metric tracking, identify root causes of issues, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Establish and drive KPIs across a portfolio of programs; manage business reviews and leadership updates.
  • Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions
  • Write and present effective narratives to leadership, while maintaining regular status updates through Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in program, product or project management, with proven results in high-impact roles.
  • Experience owning program strategy, requirements, and end-to-end delivery.
  • Strong data orientation: experience using metrics, dashboards, and deep dives to drive decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Master’s degree or MBA in Business or Technology , or a related field.
  • Experience building or working closely with machine learning models to automate decision-making or improve business processes
  • Experience with SQL, BI Tools (e.g., Quicksight), and reporting frameworks.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering cross-functional or global programs.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
