The Accounts Receivable Shared Services Specialist is responsible for The essential requirements of the role include:

Key Responsibilities

• Credit Management:
• Process customer credit requests in line with company credit policies.
• Review and validate supporting documentation before issuing credit/debit notes.
• Ensure proper approvals are obtained prior to credit issuance.
• Rebilling Activities:
• Manage rebilling invoices in case of errors, pricing adjustments, or other corrections.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure rebills are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Customer Dispute Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve customer billing issues and disputes.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers to close cases.
• Document resolution steps for audit trail and compliance.
  
  

This position reports to the Shaik Mohamamd Sadak and is part of the Finance & Accounting, located in Hyderabad and will be fully remote.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field is required for this roles.

Experience in collections, Invoice and rebilling and credit management.
