The Marketing & Communications team helps build the ZS brand, champion thought leadership, support business development and engage our past, present and future workforce.

We seek a Senior Website Associate to work with our team in India - New Delhi to help manage webpages and blogs on ZS.com. You will be working in a flexible, hybrid and connected work environment to support the team of content publishers, developers, and a technology agency responsible for managing ZS.com. You will need to work during normal working hours to align with our clients schedules and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and working knowledge of AEM CMS, UX/UI, and web analytics, and be a keen learner ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will report to the Website Manager.

What Youll do:

  • Manage day-to-day ZS.com operations including:
  • Ensure content is updated as per business requirements, is accurate and is SEO friendly
  • Support the team in enhancing the user experience metrics such as page load time, user-device experience uniformity etc.
  • Support the team in monitoring and improving performance metrics like bounce rate, user journey completion, conversion success etc.
  • Oversee tagging, metadata, and taxonomy for improved searchability and structure.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate in creation of page mockups for various macro & micro campaigns using defined brand standards.
  • Respond, manage, resolve and communicate critical website issues.
  • Collaborate and proactively communicate with internal team members, agencies, and other vendors partners to implement content changes, create landing pages, and optimize user experience.
  • Manage and support the team members for any special project as assigned (e.g., acquisition content migration and integration).
  • Deep understanding of website technologies and CMS platforms especially AEM (Managed services and Cloud) Sitecore, HubSpot and can talk to all of business, Developers and IT to align on shared objectives and goals. Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and business units.
  • Drive day-to-day website operations of the website including
  • User experience metrics such as page load time, cross-browser, user-device experience uniformity, etc.
  • Monitoring, analysis and improvement in performance metrics like bounce rate, up-time, user journey completion, conversion success, etc.
  • Ensuring content is up to date, accurate and SEO friendly
  • Train junior team members on CMS tool and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree with 6+ years of work experience in website management.
  • Hands on experience of working on AEM CMS and other Adobe suits such as Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Adobe Target etc.
  • Strong working knowledge on page template components (AEMAAMS) building blocks (AEMAACS) within AEM authoring console.
  • Demonstrated track record in website design and development for content-based websites.
  • Experience of technical web development project on Content Management Systems like Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Good working knowledge of UX & UI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively communicate issues and updates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexible work schedule to collaborate with US-based team daily (Results in supporting during U.S. hours and meetings)
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence will be useful.
  • Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions, analytical mindset with attention to detail and quick learner.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements and trade-offs in a business environment to facilitate effective decision making
  • Ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative and quick solutions
  • Effectively communicate issues with the team, and provide solutions to issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
