Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth data management across departments. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in data handling and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

• Accurately input and update customer, sales, and inventory data into company databases and CRM tools.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Generate, review, and analyse internal sales reports.
• Maintain digital records and documentation for all sales transactions.
• Assist in integrating data across departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  
  

• Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and managing customer relationships.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to respond to inquiries and provide assistance.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfilment.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when relevant.
